第三届国际桥梁与结构工程协会东亚青年工程师研讨会(The 3rd International Association for Bridge and Structural Engineering Young Engineers Colloquium in East Asia))于2024年1月19-20日在韩国首尔大学进行。IABSE Korean Group、IABSE Chinese Group 、IASBE Japanese Group及IASBE China Hongkong Group相关代表参会。

同济大学、同济大学建筑设计研究院、东南大学、哈尔滨工业大学、西南交通大学等单位共计42余位师生和代表中国团组参加了此次论坛,多位师生参与竞赛或进行现场汇报,与各团组成员进行了深入的学术交流。
本次研讨会为桥梁与结构工程界年轻工程师、学者和学生提供了向同行介绍科学研究、建设项目及工程实践成果和相互学习交流的机会。会议第一天进行主题讲演和设计比赛汇报,第二天进行论文汇报及海报交流。

本次设计比赛共吸引了17组队伍参赛,每组进行了10分钟的汇报和2分钟的提问交流环节,中国团组共有5组队伍参与竞赛。

中国团组代表队设计竞赛汇报
本次论坛共有37位青年学者进行论文汇报,分2个会场进行,发表了前沿研究论文和建设项目的技术报告。青年工程师与高级结构工程师和研究人员之间进行了积极深入的讨论,并交流最新技术与研究前沿问题。

评审委员会针对汇报人的汇报内容进行评分,一共评选出三位青年工程师获得杰出青年工程师最佳论文奖(the Outstanding Young Engineer Best Paper Award),评审标准遵循IABSE的成熟体系,如论文质量、报告质量和问答质量。此外,年龄作为本次评审的标准之一以保证不同年龄工程师进行评比的公平性。同济大学硕士研究生翁景行的报告获得了该奖项。

为了更加方便交流和研讨,本次论坛还增设了Poster Session,共17位参会者针对研究内容,制作了海报,进行现场交流。
